Yuanyang

Yuantang is a very popular romantic drink in Hong Kong, created to offer a rich and also balanced taste. Its name comes from mandarin ducks that show up in pairs and the female and male are have a very different appearance. This drink is a perfect mix between an aromatic espresso mixed with tea milk offering it a very special taste. If you are a coffee lover you must try the Yuanyang coffee at least once. 

Vietnamese Egg Coffee 

If you enjoy foam coffees, this one might be a perfect choice for you. Vietnam is the second largest coffee exporter after Brazil, so we can be sure that their coffee recipe cannot be bad at all. The Vietnamese egg coffee is a mix between a strong black coffee and a really tasty egg foam, both together in one mug.

Like many other Vietnamese cuisines, the Vietnamese egg coffee is also very easy to do, so you can make it at home as well. It is a must have drink that will offer you great satisfaction. Also due to its sweet egg foam, this drink might also replace any dessert.

Kaffeost

Kaffeost is a traditional Swedish coffee which gets enhanced with dried cheese. The specific cheese absorbs the steaming brew. It becomes soft just like a cheese sponge offering a very interesting and at the same time delicious taste to the coffee. If you want to enjoy a traditional cup of kaffeost first, you will have to place a cube of cheese at the bottom of your mug. After you are done with this step you can softly poor the boiling coffee on top of it. Finally, you can enjoy the coffee and you can also spoon out the softened chunks of cheese for a better drinking experience. 

Cafe Bombon

Cafe Bombon is originally made in Spain. It is a really sweet version of coffee that could also replace a dessert anytime. In order to prepare this sweet cup of coffee you will need some full fat condensed milk, a black espresso and some milk froth. Due to the dense texture of the condensed milk, it will not mix together with the coffee nor with the milk froth offering a very beautiful 3-colors appearance to the drink. This coffee is a very sweet one, so if you are not into really sweet coffees, we recommend you to switch the proportions of condensed milk and the coffee making it less sweeter. 

The Old Moor Secret Garlic Coffee

Last but not least, comes one of the most unexpected coffee recipes, The Old Moor Secret Garlic Coffee. It is unexpected for every one of us that someone has decided to combine these ingredients but, don’t rush taking a conclusion about it because its taste will surely surprise you.

If you want to prepare this coffee you will have to pour the coffee in a Turkish pot along with a tinny, almost transparent petal of garlic from a garlic clove. Next, you will have to pour the hot water and let it boil at the lowest heat possible, just like making a Turkish coffee. When it begins to rise you can remove the pot and pour it inside the cup. Last step is to pour one teaspoon of honey inside the coffee and let it sit for 2 minutes. The honey will  dissolve by itself and you can start enjoying its amazing taste.
