In order to make it, you will need 1 piece of smashed ginger, a cup of coffee, and 3 oz. of palm sugar. Having ginger as an ingredient, this coffee will taste spicy and it will also be sweet due to the palm sugar. This is not a coffee recipe for everybody but if you are into spicy tastes and you also enjoy ginger then you should definitely give it a try.

Koffeeost

Most of us are having our coffee served with milk, because it makes it less bitter, but have you ever thought about adding chunks of cheese to it? Even if it sounds hard to believe, this recipe is already made and it is very popular in some parts of the world. Kaffeeost is originally from the Sweden mountains and it has an amazing taste. The cheese they are using is a traditional one made from reindeer milk. It has a sweet taste that makes most of its consumers fall in love with it.

In order to do this recipe, you will need 60ml of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of Rennet, a thermometer, 2l of whole milk, and a cheesecloth. It will take you the same time to get it done, but if you are a cheese lover, it will be worth the time.
