Owner and head roaster, Matt Sterling comes in before you have even thought about waking up and stays late into the night to perfect each roast of our different origins. Not only does he roast each batch of your beloved coffee.
When he's not spending time listening for the anticipated first crack of those beautiful green coffee beans and making sure that Blackbeard remains the go to coffee shop in Greenville, he loves spending time with his beautiful family.
