BARU BLACK
Pedro Rodriguez Escribano decides to leave Spain to move to Panama and buy a farm to be used for cattle breeding, and it is only thanks to his German son-in-law that he begins to produce quality coffee.
The almost unique sweetness of his coffee is given by the fact that the hand-picked cherries are dried on African beds placed inside an oven.
Pedro grows this coffee in the shade of centuries-old trees, on volcanic soil (the dark color of which gives the plantation its name), on his farm located near the natural park of La Amistad.
