Bali Indonesia, Organic, Rainforest Alliance Certified
Cultivated alongside citrus trees in volcanic soil by small, family-owned farms, this coffee is grown by farmers who subscribe to a lifestyle and philosophy grounded in the harmonization of environment, humans and God. Wet hulled with a special technique that gives the raw beans a blueish tint; this coffee delivers a wonderful richness and a subtle play of flavor notes on the palate.
FLAVOR NOTES: Peaty, raisin, dark chocolate, full-bodied.
