Our Story
Justin Shen, after graduating with a biology master's degree, decided to open up a coffee shop in Merced. With His scientific background, he quickly noticed that coffee is one of the most consumed beverages, which has so much potential, especially in the world of specialty coffee. Coffee beans as the seeds of the fruit can be made into almost juice, instead of “bitter smoky black water” for years. In the central valley of California, Specialty coffee slowly shows up and starts to shine. Justin believes people here deserve to experience this new form of coffee.

Philosophy
