Sourced from women's vested farms and co-ops worldwide, Ampersand Coffee is roasted and hand-packaged in Boulder, Colorado. We are dedicating our work to social change by empowering female workers in coffee-producing countries. While women are the primary pickers on most coffee farms, we have dedicated time and resources to sourcing farms that have women in decision-making positions. Ampersand Coffee Roasters recognizes the importance of strengthening women both financially and socially throughout the world.
