Seasonality - We source & roast fresh-crop coffees that meet strict environmental, social & quality standards. Our offerings change throughout the year to highlight a variety of growing regions, processing methods farmers.
Single Origin - Our coffees are traceable down to Cooperative and/or Farm Level strengthening the global connections between us all. We are in the process of building long-term, sustainable relationships with growers & importers, & we invite you to be a part of this so we know exactly where our coffee comes from.
Flavor Forward - Every coffee we offer has a unique flavor profile & we roast each batch to highlight specific aspects of terroir, processing method & variety. Our seasonal selection is carefully curated to include a diverse selection of coffee styles & attributes.
Community - As an independent, small business, collaboration is central to our work & we continually want to find ways to positively contribute to our local community. Beyond our local community in Duluth, we want to support the growth and success of specialty coffee throughout the Midwest by participating in making direct relationships between farmers, importers, roasters, baristas & customers.

At our core, we are an independent, family-owned micro-roastery based in Duluth, Minnesota focused on seasonal, single-origin coffees. We work directly with coffee lovers, farmers, importers, and wholesale partners throughout the Midwest to curate special selections of coffee that are traceable and taste amazing.
